Step1

Click on Tools menu. Then select Account Settings.

Click on the Add Account button located in the bottom left of the Account Setting dialogue box.

Select Email Account in the Account wizard dialog box. Then click the Next button.

Your Name : xyz

Email Address : abc@yourdomain.com.Then This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it click the Next button.

Step 5

Select POP

Incoming Server : mail.yourdomain.com. Then click the Next button

Step 6

Incoming User Name : abc@yourdomain.com

Step 7

Account Name : abc@yourdomain.com

Step 8

You will be returned back to the Account Setting dialog box. Select Outgoing Server (SMTP) setting

Server Name : mail.yourdomain.com

User Name : userid@yourdomain.com
