Step1

Click on Tools menu. Then select Email Accounts.

Step 2

Select Add a new e-mail account. Click Next.

Step 3

Select POP3. Click Next.

Step 4

In the next window, input values in various boxes as given below:

Your Name : abcd

Email Address : abcd@yourdomain.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Incoming Mail Server : mail.yourdomain.com

Outgoing Mail Server : mail.yourdomain.com

Username : abcd@yourdomain.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Password : **********

Step 5

Click on the More Settings button. Then click the Outgoing Server tab. Check the option My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Then select Use same setting as my incoming mail server.

Step 6

Click on the Ok button. You would be returned to the Email accounts dialog box. Click Next and then click Finish.
