Step1.

Click on tool menu then click on options

Step 2

Click on getting start config. your information as given below image.

i.e. Your Real Name : abcd

email address : userid@yourdomain.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Mail Server Incoming : mail.yourdomain.com

User Name : userid@yourdomain.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

SMTP Server : mail.yourdomain.com

Step3

Click on Checking Mail

Mail Server : mail.yourdomain.com

User Name : userid@yourdomain.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Check Mark on both boxes : Send on check and Save Password

Step4

Click on Incoming Mail

Server configuration select on POP

Optional: if you want a copy email leave on server

Step 5

Click on Sending Mail

Email address : userid@yourdomain.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

SMTP server : mail.yourdomain.com

Complete the following steps to configure Entourage to send and receive mail

Step 1

Click on the “Tools” menu and select “Accounts”

Step 2

In the “Accounts” window which appears, click on “New” and select “Mail”

Step 3

In the first “Account Setup Assistant” window, enter your name in the field provided. Then, click the right arrow to continue.

Step 4

Next, place a dot in “I already have an e-mail address that I’d like to use” and enter your yourdomain.com email address in the field provided. Then, Press the right arrow to continue.

Step 5

Next, select “POP” from the pulldown menu, as your incoming mail server is a POP server. Then, enter in the incoming mail server and outgoing (SMTP) mail server names:

Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com

Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com

Then, click the right arrow to continue.

Step 6

If you’d like to use advanced sending options, click on “Click here for advanced sending options” in the “Account Settings” tab.

If you’d like to send mail through mail.yourdomain.com while you’re not actually connected to the Internet via yourdomain.com, you can do so by checking the box labeled “SMTP server requires authentication” and either use the same settings as the receiving mail server, or enter them in the appropriate fields.

Step 7

Enter your yourdomain.com username and password in the fields provided. If you would like to save your password so that you do not have to enter it each time you check your mail, do so now. When you are finished, click the right arrow to continue.

Step 8

Enter a name that Entourage can use for this group of account settings, and click “Finish.” If you’d like this account to be included in the Send & Receive All schedule, check the box marked as such.

You have successfully configured your email account.

Step1.
From the Edit menu, select Preferences and select Mail Accounts, and click Add(+).

Step 2

In the Account Management screen, enter a name to identify this account and click Forward.

Step 3

In the Identity screen, enter your full name, email address and any optional information you want to include and then click Forward.

Step4
In the Receiving Email screen, select POP from the Server Type list and complete the following fields. When you are finished click Forward.

Under Configuration, in the Server field, enter mail.yourdomain.com as your incoming server name.
In the User Name field, enter your email address.
From the Authentication Type list, select Password.

Step5
In the Receiving Options screen, set your preferences and click Forward.

Step6
In the Sending Email screen, select SMTP from the Server Type list and complete the following fields. When you are finished, click Forward.

Under Server Configuration, in the Server field, type mail.yourdomain.com.
Under the Authentication list, select Login and enter your SMTP user name (full email address).

Step7
Click Apply to complete the configuration process.

Step1.

Click the Tools menu, and select Account Settings.

Step 2

Click on the Email tab and click on the New… button.

Step 3

Next select Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP and click Next.

Step4
On the Auto Account Setup window check the Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click Next.

Step5
Select Internet E-mail option and click Next.

Step6
Fill in the following fields:

Enter Your Name as you want it to appear.
Enter your full email address abcd@yourdomain.com in the Email address: field.
Select POP3 or IMAP.
Enter mail.yourdomain.com in the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP) server: field.
Enter mail.yourdomain.com in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: field.
Enter your username abcd@yourdomain.com in the Account name: field.
Enter your email password in the Password: field.

Step7
Perform the following steps:

Click on More Settings.
Click on the Outgoing Server tab.
Check My outgoing server (SMTP) Requires Authentication
Make sure Use same setting as my incoming mail server is also checked.
Click on OK.

Step8
Click the Test Account Settings button and you should see all items with green check marks. Click the Close Button to close the test window.
Click OK to save your settings.

Step9
Congratulations. You have finished the setup of your email account. Click Finish to close the setup wizard.

Click on Tools menu. Then select Account Settings.

Step 2

Click on the Add Account button located in the bottom left of the Account Setting dialogue box.

Step 3

Select Email Account in the Account wizard dialog box. Then click the Next button.

Step4

Your Name : xyz

Select POP

Incoming Server : mail.yourdomain.com. Then click the Next button

Step1

Click on Tools menu. Then select Email Accounts.

Step 2

Select Add a new e-mail account. Click Next.

Step 3

Select POP3. Click Next.

Step 4

In the next window, input values in various boxes as given below:

Your Name : abcd

Email Address : abcd@yourdomain.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Incoming Mail Server : mail.yourdomain.com

Outgoing Mail Server : mail.yourdomain.com

Click on the More Settings button. Then click the Outgoing Server tab. Check the option My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Then select Use same setting as my incoming mail server.

Click on the Ok button. You would be returned to the Email accounts dialog box. Click Next and then click Finish.

Step 2

Click the Mail tab in Dialogue box. Then click the Add button and select Mail.

This would start the Internet Connection Wizard

Display Name : abcd

Then click the Next button.

Step 4

Click the Next button.

Step 5

My incoming mail server is a POP3 server

Password : as provided in the setup e-mail

Click the next button.

Step 7

On the congratulation screen, click the Finish button. You would be returned to the Internet Account dialogue box.

Select your email account. Click the properties button. In the account properties dialog box click the Servers Tab. You would see this

My Incoming Mail server : POP3

Incoming mail (POP) : mail.yourdomain.com

Outgoing mail (SMTP) : mail.yourdomain.com

Select the check box My servers requires authentication. Click Ok and then click Close in the Internet Accounts dialog box.
