No ISP uses open relay now,open proxie
Using ports other than 25 for smtp can not rescue you.
Now we have smart viruses a trojans that will scan the port on system first to find out on which port smtp services are running and accordingly it will configure itself and will start flooding the mails. Your Ip Pool will again get blacklisted.
